Bottle. Pale blonde, hazy. Grassy, citric aroma tempered by cardboard. A medecinal bitter flavor dominates, overshadowing grassy and citric notes. Cardboard aftertaste. Disappointing.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, hopfig. Geschmack malzig, blumig, leichte Bitterkeit.

a) Rating "Cramer Kellerbier"
Säuerlich-hefiger Gertuch. Der Antrunk ist muffig, leicht blumig-hopfig-frisch. Zum Hauptteil breitet sich die blumig-herbe Note weiter aus, ganz leicht milde Hefearomen kommen hinzu. Der Nachgeschmack bleibt herb-frisch und durch die Hefe angenehm mild. --> relativ herb, aber dafür mild-frisch. Interessantes Bier – und obwohl es auch bei Sünner gebraut wird zwar sehr ähnlich, aber doch etwas verschieden von deren Bio Colonia – meinem Geschmack nach etwas ausdrucksstärker und nicht ganz so mild! b) Sünner Bio Colonia
Der Antrunk ist muffig-säuerlich. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine leicht säuerliche, blumig-hopfige Note hinzu. Der Nachgeschmack ist mild-hefig, leicht säuerlich und angenehm mild-herb, dabei aber noch hopfig-blumig-frisch.

Frischer Antrunk, leicht gehopft, süffig. Das Bier ist nur leicht würzig, was in den frisch-milden Gesamteindruck passt. Im Vordergrund ist weiter die feine Hopfigkeit, im Nachgeschmack auch die Herbe, die sich im Verlauf immer weiter steigert. Endlich mal wieder ein gutes Wiess! Hazy orange color, mostly vanishing white head. Sticky grainy aroma with notes of like cut grass. Fizzy carbonation. Sweet malty, grainy, some citrus, lemonade-like. Finish has some hoppy bitterness. Kind of refreshing, but has some faults like the most of bio-lagers.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some parfume, mild notes of fruits as well as earth and herbs. Flavour is grassyness, some bready malts, mild fruits and some herbal notes. Quite bittery and very non-sweet beer (even though the fruityness). BIO-marked, but actually still quite pleasant. Semidry finish.

Bottle (a Wiesbier). Barley malt and grassy hops aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with small head. Sweet barley malt flavor - nice malty and lemon peel aftertaste. Excellent.

cloudy yellow, small white head. swet aroma flavor is sweet, vegetal, faint bitter. not very nice.
