Bottle typical bavarian coloures. Beer in the glass not much foam. Starts very mild, almost vapid. Fruityness is missing. Only an average hefeweizen!

Test vom 20.10.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,5,5,6,10,5 - 6,10

Bottle, 5.2%. Good banana aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Very big, stable white head. The flavour is wheaty with banana and citrus in good balance. I do not get any clove or other spicy esters. Good, wheaty mouthfeel, a bit thick. Prickly carbonation. A good example of a German Hefeweizen.

Bottle (thank You, MoritzF): Slightly hazy, pale golden, stable white creamy foam; typical nose: mainly bananas, traces of citrus, maybe a tinge of cloves; sweetish-sourish flavour, mild; shorter sweetish-malty (traces of bisquits !) finish, nearly no tartness, a bit sourish-citrousy in the aftertaste. O.K., a cheap one, but not unpleasant at all...........
