In spring 2023 we picked dandelion flowers in between the rows of our vineyard. We steeped the flowers together with a small amount of (second-use) bloodoranges in a beer barrel-aged for about one year. It was bottle-conditioned with local honey.

0,75l bottle shared at home. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, grassy, blood oranges, peppery, spices. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, flowery, blood oranges, peppery, herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of flowers, peppery and tobacco notes. Very interesting one, very subtle
