We added local tart cherries of the Gorsem varietal (at a ratio of 200gr/l) and raspberries (at a ratio of 100gr/l) to a beer barrel aged for 16 months.

Jammy and heavy with berries, some raspberries, cherry juice, mild sourness and tartness. Quite balanced and tasty.

0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2022. Bottled. deep red color, medium big pink head. smells parfumy, very fragrant, spices, berry notes, jammy. lovely, very mature smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, some cherry notes, cinnamon, spices, some raspberries, light tobacco, jammy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of raspberry, spices and cherry notes. very good one, carbonation is a tad strong, which makes this a bit too fizzy to drink. After carbonation settles down a bit, I enjoy this even more. Lovely beer.

Aha, the time for lighter beers has come. I really enjoyed the 2021 of this, and am happy to try the newer. Just as tasty! Bright, tart and super fruity. Loads of ripe, juicy raspberry and cherry. Antidoots finest for me.
