Hit The North is back! This time we've brewed two almost identical IPAs before introducing different yeast strains. Ours is an extra dry Brut IPA bursting with fruity tropical notes.

Small white rim over fully hazy yellow beer with ample yeast depot. Fruity, bit 'hot', toasted bread, citruspeel. Sweetish-citrussy, faint acidity, enhanced by the carbonation. Finish has a touch of mint and lemonbalm; exotic fruit. Very spritzy MF, hugely carbonated; light to medium body, faintly slick. Light, refreshing, good.

Can 440ml (Beerdome)
Murky yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is a bit juicy, smells like a hop pellet bag too. Medium-bodied. Grass, pellets, mango and some citrus. Although it is dry brut IPA, it is kind of fruity hoppy - with lots of hops that it is not "champagne like" dry. Close to standard DDH IPAs.
