--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost colourless, no head. Aroma of elderflower apple juice. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. No sign of fermentation - tastes pretty much exactly like my morning juice.

[ As Open Water Sundaze Cider ].
ABV: 4.9%. Clear light light yellow colour (almost crystal) with virtually no head. Aroma is elderflowers, light apple - peat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple - pear, elderflowers, sugary, medium dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20230305]

Bottled (from Zinc, Vaasa). Hazy silvery pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is elderflower, some apples and mild herbs. Flavour is elderflower, some apples and mild sweet sugary tones.
