In their continued exploration of hop combinations, the Gipsy Hill brew team have busted out a tasty trifecta of Strata, Galaxy and Simcoe. Crack open a can and you’ll find yourself blown away with mahoosively juicy aromatics of passionfruit, mango and a whole heap of peach. Investor is fermented with the brewery favourite – Vermont yeast for rolling tropical esters.

Canned (from Alko Web). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary tones with mild pineapple and some herbal tones. Flavour is floral, nectary, some mild herbal tones with oats as well.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! --Cloudy straw colour, small head. Aroma of freshly cut onion, papaya and pine. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Pine, guava and syrup. Metallic, mid bitter finish.

ABV: 6.1%. Hazy - murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, stone fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, stone fruit, fruity hops, fruity hops - citrus, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221228]

Can picked up at Prestige Wine Merchants, Norbury and drunk at the London home (05/08/2022) - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Fruity notes of red grapefruit, pineapple, gooseberry, sweet malty backing, medium body, piney light bitter hoppy close. Drinks fine, nice.

440ml can from Alko. Poured orange in color with a white head. Citrusy and bit chalky, fairly dry and nicely hopped. Medium bodied. Ok bitterness. Quite nice overall.
