"Gaetbae 갯배 Pilsner", Dose von Emart, Sokcho, 22.5.2026, im Gespräch mit C. und HS geleert. - Ein Pilsener aus Südkorea, laut Dose mit deutschem Hopfen aber mit belgischer Hefe gebraut. - Aromatisch aber nicht elegant genug gehopft, ausreichend herb aber ein wenig plump.

30/10/2024. Draft at Craft Roo, Seoul. Pours golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, malt, citrus, stone fruits, grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Fair enough pils.

On tap at Craft Roo, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is laid back, with straw, biscuity malt, and a touch of earthy hops. Flavour is gently bitter, with crisp grassiness, biscuity malt and straw. Finishes fairly bitter but with not the most expressive hop characters besides the bitterness. Pleasant.

--Keg at Craft Roo, Seoul. -- Clear golden, small head. Grassy nose. Dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy hops on bready malt. Long bitter finish.
