Chillhops G‘Day Mate Tropical Pale Ale 4.4% It pours quite a hazy straw gold with thick rocky fluffy soap looking foam that leaves some lacing behind after lingering. It’s got a nice bright light hop bouquet Ruth some dank musty herbaceous elements. Very light bodied verging on watery. The taste is joined with a surprisingly dank sort of musty mimosa flavor. Not at all what I was expecting though it sure is interesting.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is earthy, grainy, rubbery and some dog fart. Flavour is rubbery, some apricot, wheat, mild earth and some sweetness. Rubbery aftertaste.

ABV: 4.4%. ✅ Murky matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity hops, guava, light rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity hops, guava, wheat, yeast - rubber touch, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230324]

--Canned, from Chillhops Itaewon Project, Seoul. -- Hazy pale yellow, coarse lively head. Aroma of guava, apricot and rubber. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Wheat flour, apricot, sugar and burnt rubber. Low bitterness.
