Flaska från SB. Relativt stiltypisk klassisk brittisk Barkley Wiberg. Känns mogen med välutvecklade smaker. Mycket torkad frukt och lite drag av rödvin. Mycket gott.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Ruby colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, biscuity and some chocolaty tones with some dried fruits too. Flavour is dried, fruity, some chocolaty, fruity and some alcohol. Actually quite boozy.

ABV: 11.5%. Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, barrel - wood, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, toasted, malty, dried fruit, barrel - wood, barrel - vanilla touch, rich. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - smooth, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230210]

Bottle 33 cl. Pours thick and syrupy with a tiny, rough, off-white head. Very toffeeish nose, nuts and brown biscuits. Rich body with a shitload of malt. Caramelly and nutty but not overly sweet. Plenty of finishing bittering hops paired with a warming alcohol. Super well crafted. 060223

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear deep mahogany colour, small head. Bready nose with red wine. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Red wine, bread and grass. Warming mid bitter finish.

Mörkt rödbrun med ett medelstort skum. Maltig doft av farin och kola. Söt och maltig kolasmak med toner av ekfat och kanske lite rök och tjära. Alkoholen värmer på slutet.
