A unique blend of long aged Crescent and Triangular Nature blended with just a splash of two darker beers - Bones Shirt and Lo & Behold. This blend is heady yet fun with notes of rhubarb, citrus punch, lychee, black pepper, papaya, beeswax, and hyssop. A total joy to taste.

RBESG 2023, Zagreb Grand Tasting. Thanks! Cloudy. Citrus aroma, bergamot, citrus oil, spice and zest. Flavour is cheesy with hints of quince, light phenols, spice, and some fruit such as banana. Light body, soft texture, soft carbonation, light tart finish.

Bottled 500ml. -at RBESG 2023 Grand Tasting. Unclear yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, flowery and light citrusy nose. Citrusy, flowery, light herbal and fruity with touch of oak in the finish.

Bottled at the RBESG 23 grand tasting, thx Gene! Hazy yellow body, white head. Dill notes in the aroma, malty, flowery, sweetish. Nicely lean, dry citric taste, flowery, Cedevita candy, herbal, minerally, fresh, bit flat but man, this is lovely, subtle in a great way. An honor to have tried it!

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Thin body, high carbonation. Lots of flowery, hay, barnyard character. A soft honeyish hint, moderate bitterness, grassy, med-light tartness. Slightly spicy too. Dandelions, sunshine. Good beer.

--Bottled at RBESG 2023. -- Almost clear pale yellow rich coarse head. Tart vinous nose with oaky chardonnay and apricot. Tart with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Elegant and vinous. Oaky, grassy and floral. Mid bitter finish. Elite stuff.
