Haluttiin tehdä joku hyvä sesonkinen börsta, joka sopii pimeyteen, talviseen säähän ja kylmään viimaan. Elikkäs tän oatmeal stoultin valmistuksessa on käytetty neljää eri kauramallasta ja tää herkkupala on samaan aikaan tumma, täyteläinen sekä suorastaan kermainen! Mausta löytyy pehmeyden lisäksi ripaus suklaata sekä kahvia. Helposti juotava bisse, joka on parhaimmillaan silloin kun ulkona paukkuu pakkanen ja tuli loimottaa takassa! Mut menee kyl muutenki ja vaikka missä!

Dark brown colour, small beige head. Chocolaty toasted aroma. Light-bodied. Some chocolate, toasted malts. Sweetish smooth oat stout.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Husky peppery bready nose with some licorice. Dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Licorice, and husky bread. Long bitter finish.

Smell of oat, roasted malt, faint chocolate. Cola colour, massive white head. Aroma of oat, hops, chocolate, ash. Fizzy carbon. Medium sweet.

[ As Olarin Solemn Oat ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet malt, dark malt, oat, light bread - dark bread. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, chocolate - vanilla, dark malt, caramel, oat. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. Canned (festival trade). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some oats, mild herbal and grassy tones with some mild wooden tones. Flavour is mild toasted tones, some oats, herbs, grass and a wee bit of chocolate to it.

44 cl can @ home, BBE 30.11.2023 Aroma has toasted notes, ash and toffee. Perhaps some coffee too. Flavour has coffee, ash, grapefruity hops and some toffee. Finishes with lingering hoppiness and licorice. Good, perhaps could work better with less hops.

440ml can at home. Poured black in color, thin off white head. Nice chocolate flavour, smooth milky with a hint of roastedness.

0,75l growler from the brewery, shared with wiosna @ home. Pours clear deep copper with a medium brown head. Aroma is dry roasted malts with chocolate and some coffee. Flavor is dry roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, hops. Good.
