Bottle. Reddish brown color, no head. Grainy aroma and flavor with apple. Hint of caramel. Sweetness hides the alcohol. Disappointing.

Clear nutty golden color with a fine off white head. Some lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Tad sweet and a fine bitterness. Caramel malty, fruity, toffee and herbal flavor. Decent character. Ok easy drinkable ale.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and hops and touches of bread. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast, with touches of fruit and bitter, hoppy notes. Sweetish aftertaste with slightly metallic hints. Not that bad. Drinkable, just nothing special.

Sample from 33 cl. Dark, amber colour with a small, fast fading head. Sweet aroma with roasted caramel, bread malts, light grains and alcohol. Sweet taste. Medium body with a flat carbonation. Finishes sweet with caramel malts, a bit of alcohol and nearly no hops. Candy-beer!

Medium tan head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Fruity perfumy earthy aroma with nutty syrupy notes. Sweet-dryish earthy nutty taste with papery mealy caramelly notes. Mid-bodied. Dry-sweetish earthy papery aftertaste with fruity mealy notes. Nice, drinkable, not terribly interesting. (0.33l bottle, Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Bottled. Rubyish copper colour with a mediumsized thick foamy slightly off-white head. Particles floating around. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild earthy notes as well as some quite bready malts as well. Flavour is sweet malts, mild spices, some herbs, mild floral and grassy hops and also some slight notes of oxidation, but oxidation is still very mild and doesn’t disturb the whole of it.

Clear deep amber with large beige head. Grassy hops in the nose followed up by toasted malt and caramel. Flavour has toasted malt, caramel and grassy hops that gave it a bitter finish.
