Climate change is real! At least we`ve got those long warm summer nights to enjoy ourselves with a nice cold glass of pink bubbles. We used pilsner malt in combination with an enzyme to give this beer a bone-dry finish. We dryhopped it with copious amounts of Barbe Rouge, Citra and Nelson Sauvin - hops from three different continents, just for your fruity enjoyment! Finally, this beer is fermented on blueberries to give a pink rose feel and a slight tangy tartness.
