Raspberry Cream Blackberry Sour
I first met Austin of Forager at a beer festival in Poland 4 years ago. Only having heard amazing things about his world class beers I introduced myself, shy and curious to try his beers. No need to say I was blown away. No shortcuts, no tricks, just executed perfection.
Fast forward to the afterparty which we ended up at after a walk through the streets of Krakow that was longer than needed, I guess we can blame a few to many beers along the way. Suddenly, there we were. At a piano. Playing like nothing else mattered, despite not touching any of the piano keys.
Fruited Sour brewed with tons of raspberries, blackberries and our S&O cream treatment. Lists lactose, but brewed without lactose.

Can. Reddish amber colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, some strawberries and mild blueberry tones. Flavour is blueberries, raspberries and some strawberries and mild tart tones too. A bit artificial in a way.

Burk från SB. Tjusigt mörkröd med rosavit krona. Bärigt, mycket hallon, björnbär. Står att det inte är laktos i på beskrivningen ovan, men jag störde mig på vad jag upplevde som laktos som i detta fallet mest gav den en liten kvalmighet. Ok.
