Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Has turned into a full-blown vinous Sour/Wild Ale with notes of oak, grapes, tart red fruits, malt, red wine, some caramel. Flavour is tart and medium sour, drinks below its abv. Medium body. Lovely barrel aging, very vinous.

On tap pours out muddy amber color topped with a small head. Nose is big wine barrel grain and some complexity. Taste is more of the nice big wine barrel notes grain spice.

Pour at Zwanze Day 2024. Mahogany pour, wispy, fine head. Aroma is tart, grapes. Wine dominates the taste, but some of the rich malty backbone comes through. Smooth. Very good

0,75 l bottle. Pours oxidized copper with minimal tan head. Aroma is vinous sour, fruity, sour cherries, some alcohol, caramel. Taste is low sweet, low bitter and quite sour. Finish is long, fruity vinous sourness. I expected to find some weissbier in it, but there is none. Still, it is very intense and excellent.

Wine cherry, caramel malt, and musty hay aroma. Dark chestnut brown with minimal head. Mildly sweet grape/cherry, caramel malt, and mildly bitter dry hay/white wine flavor. Nice body and balance.
