今回はライ麦を使ったマイクロIPA。ライ麦特有のスパイシーさと少し酸味を帯びた味わい、そして、なめらかな口当たりが特徴です。使用したホップはCentennial, Simcoe, Columbus。暑くなるこれからの季節、気楽に飲んでもらいたいという思いから、アルコール度数をわずか3.0％に抑えたドリンカブルなIPAに仕上がっています。※原材料に小麦麦芽を含みます。

Our new release "Easier ryeder”, which is a Micro Rye IPA. We try to brew IPA using rye malt. Rye malt makes beer taste spicy and tangy. It is used Centennial hop that has rich citrus aroma. It has only 3.0% alcohol by volume so easy to drink. Take it easy and enjoy with this beer during hot season.
