Brewery tap, tasting glass. Very malty flavor with red fruit and amarena cherries. Light malt and amarena aroma. "Only malt, no added fruit or other additives" the pretty blonde waitress explained. Sweet and very fruity bock type, somewhat perfumed.

Draught, 7.8%. Play dough aroma, might be from the table. Hazy dark red brown colour. Very small light brown head. Quite bitter flavour, not rough, but a bit citric. Hint of butter in the finish.

From tap at the brewpub, 7.8%. Pours clear and deep golden brown with a small and tan head. Roasted malty and mild spiced aroma. Mild sweetend flavour with a light acidic note from the roasted malt. Subdued spice note coming through.

Clear dark brown color, short head. The initial tasting portion had an aroma of malt with some smoked hints and some salami and bacon perfumes. Slightly sour, but mostly caramel malty taste, with a hint of smoke in aftertaste. I quite liked it. However, ordering a full glass of the bock, I wasn’t this delighted as the first time. Much more plain caramel malt and even a little sour undertone. Please give me the hints of smoke back and i just love the beer.
