330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, pale and wheaty malty, yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of yellow stone fruit, mirabelle, apricot, cereals, oat flakes, a touch of mandarine and orange, whiffs of white pepper, slight muesli character overall. Taste is yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, slightly grainy, oaty, wheaty and pale malty, mildly bitter, grassy hoppy and minimally yeasty spicy, hints of mirabelle, apricot, yellow stone fruit, hints of oat flakes, cereals, a touch of white pepper.
Minimally creamy, dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, focussed, harmonious - nice, modern, easy-going interpretation of the style.

Draft @ Le Comptoir Vins et Bieres, St Malo. Misty golden yellow, good white head. Pleasant clean lager-like profile, light bodied, with triple-like notes emerging. Interesting. Didn't taste this strong at the itme.

0,25l on tap @ Lea Fleurs de Malt. Pours clear golden with a low head. Aroma is sweet malts. Flavor is sweet malts, alcohol, hops. Typical french tripel, so not really a tripel.

Half of double test with Kerblei triple Small white rim ; yellow golden beer, not very carbonated. Sharpish nose, grains with some dust and a point of ketone. Slight, bready sweetness, as from old (brown) bread. Finish has walnutpeel, much more bitter than the onset. Feels rather light for body, some weak alcohol. Indeed rather undercarbonated. OK tripel, nothing more. Txs to Dieuwert for bringing!
