Bottle sample at a tasting at Lauter. Thanks Shmupi. Cloudy yellow. Cardboard, vegetables, garbage can, sour, vomit, wine. Not good.

0.75 l bottle from 'AleHub', cellared for a year. A bit hazy, golden amber. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather vinous-fruity and a little funky aroma of white wine, vinegar, overripe gooseberry, light lemon and hints of hay. Slightly sweet, quite sour, rather vinous-fruity, minimally funky taste of white wine, overripe gooseberry, lemon, vinegar, some oak and traces of hay, followed by a medium long, fairly tart, gently dry finish. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, flat. Quite different to the beer-wine-hybrids from Freigeist and Stillwater, interestingly completely flat, still with that vinegary touch but much more pleasant and with a bigger focus on the wine flavours. Quite nice!

Keine Karbonisierung. Saurer Beginn, weich nach Trauben, im Hintergrund wird die Säure etwas agressiver. Spritzig, rund, Riesling, langer Abgang. 9/8/10/10/7/10
