Wild Quadrupel, barrel-aged, added pomegrenate.
Barrel type: Tempranillo (Spanish red wine) and then finished in Cognac barrels.
Flavored with pomegranates.
Food Pairing: matured cheeses, sausages, stewed meats, grilled meats.
Perfect service temperature: 6-10 C.

A: hazy brown, thin, off-white head.
A: green apple, pomegrenate, blood orange, pear, vanilla, brandy.
T: sour red & green apple, red grape, orange flesh, caramel.
F: tart red fruit, woody tannins, warming red wine-/cognac-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Elegant but a bit one-sided too.
