This Quadrapple with 10% abv, combines the richness of traditional Quadrupel style with the crispness of apples.
The result is a Quadrupel beer with a heavenly marriage of malt complexity, apple sweetness, and the subtle influence of hops. With a rich mouthfeel, notes of dark fruit, hints of toasted malt, and a refreshing apple finish, this Quadrupel with apple juice is a true delight for the senses. Savor its flavors slowly and appreciate the intricate interplay of ingredients that make this beer a truly memorable experience.
The apple juice was sourced locally through Fruit Collect, a Brussels based project which collects fruits from private gardens which otherwise would go to waste, and transforms it into juice.

Magus, karamelline, suhkrune, linnaseline, õuna on ka väheke. Ok, abv kohta väga joodav, aga maitseb ka nagu pohmakas.

hazy dark amber to chestnut colour, medium sized creamy, long lasting beige-ish dark ecru head; aroma of dried cherry, raisins, plum jam, toffee, some chocolate, apple peel, apple brandy and slight anise notes; taste is exactly the same with some slight burnt sugary bitter(sweet)ness; excellent quadrupel

A: hazy amber, small, foamy, tan head.
A: 'Pomme d'amour', pear, calvados, caramel, clove.
T: sweet red apple, pear, plum, herbs, caramel.
F: herbal hops, liquorice, dried fruits, warming calvados-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, syrupy texture, average carbonation.
Sweet & spicy at the same time; cool initiative too.

33cl can from the brewery shop in Brussels. F: big, tan, good retention. C: coppery, hazy. A: rich malty, mellow fruity, apples, banana, spicy, bit bready. T: full malty base, bready, honey, apples, banana, spicy, weak bitterness, soft carbonation, more on the sweet side yet nice for the style, enjoyed.
