0.375 l bottle from 'Het Huis van de Geuze', Oogst 2020 • 2021, bottled in January 2022. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. A little sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and slightly funky aroma of ripe apple, hay, pear, and wood. Minimally sweet, moderately sour, fairly dry, quite fruity and a bit funky taste of ripe apple, hay, light pear and lots of wood, followed by a short, moderately tart, very woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely, rustic cider, super dry and refreshing.

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white to off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: clean, earthy, fruity, apples, juicy, a bit yeasty, pears. MF: ok to lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, lots of apples, earthy, soft acidity, more pears, sweet impression, nice! Aftertaste: lots of apples, fruity, pears, a little dry, some tannins, good stuff going on here, really like it!
