Marrón oscura opaca de muy muy abundante espuma ocre, muy duradera. Aroma con notas resinosas y lácteas. Ligera en boca, de amargor abundante, chocolate amargo y acidez bien presente.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21B - Black IPA). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium roasted malt aroma with notes of coffee and slight dark chocolate, followed by medium to medium-low hop aroma (floral, slight grassy). APPEARANCE: very dark brown color with ruby highlights against light. almost opaque. medium light brown head with good retention. slight lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a balanced malt (coffee) and hop presentation (grassy/fresh and slight floral). medium bitterness with a dry, roasted and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a very nice black ipa.
