330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark golden orange with a small beige head. Nose has a nice, smooth rum barrel character upfront, with the Belgian yeast further back that gives off light spiciness, clove, gentle esters. Flavour has some vanillin, gentle rum, bready malt, and toasted caramel -- this certainly doesn't have the typical tripel character, nor a typical rum barrel character. But it works well enough.

opalescent amber colour, moderate sized creamy, ecru head, aroma of dried sour cherry, or rather sour cherry juice, woody, vanilla, some citric, marzipan and bretty, as well as tannin-like notes; taste is quite the same with some rum-like alcoholic notes; good one, though it's quite far from a typical tripel

Clear light amber. A ton of rum barrel notes of front, sour plums, malty, apple, vanilla, lots of overripe fruit, alcohol, green unripe herbs. Medium sour and a bit less sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, a bit boozy finish. Complex stuff, maybe a bit rough and unfocused but not bad.

Clear golden colour with wispy head and no carbonation. Aroma of woody vanilla and sweet dried fruits. It's a very sweet beer but with a tangy note too. Flavour has vanilla, boozy rum, raisins.
