Bier gebrouwen volgens een eeuwenoude boerderijtraditie met graan en hop uit de streek en met het zuiverste water. Van oudsher in de winter gebrouwen voor de arbeiders op het land in de zomer. Een droog, fris bier met een kruidige toets en fruitige aroma’s die doen denken aan rood fruit zoals aardbei en framboos. Een pittig bittertje maakt deze Saison helemaal af. Drink ‘m lekker koud, in alle rust.

Bottle 33cl. from the brewery @home poured into a teku glass. Hazy medium golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, patchy lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grainy, raspberries, apricot, light lemon, yeast, hop resin, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, fruity undertones, resinous notes, yeast. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy, spicy notes, has some rough edges but nice.

Bottle at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, citrus, floral. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, yeast, fruity, floral, malt. bitter aftertaste, nice.
