This imperial stout is our take on Mexican hot chocolate. The base is a thick and decadent canvas for rich chocolate notes, sweet and woody cinnamon hints, and a hot finish from frightfully spicy chili peppers. It will age well, if you don’t drink it all at once.

Can. Color: Black, creamy brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, spicy cinnamon, some chocolate. Taste: Roasted malt, cinnamon, warming pepper notes, dark chocolate notes, some oak wood and vanilla. Hoppy backbone. Smooth, bit creamy mouthfeel. Over medium body, below average carbonation.
