Honestly, this is Uiltje at our best – smashing and clashing ingredients that simply have no right hanging out together. Say Howdy or Konnichiwa or heck even S̄wạs̄dī to a fusion farmhouse ale that elevates Eastern botanicals using Western brewing brouhaha. It’s a sophisticated sip with citrusy yuzu, licorice-like Thai basil and an oh-so-subtle spicy kick. A blazin’ barn owl barebacking a raging dragon? Yep! On Owl Tree Farm anything goes.

33cl Blik van De Laat. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Yuzu, limoen, basilicum, citroengras, droog, mooie kruising tussen witbier en saison, degelijk bitter, lekker zomers. Lichte body.

Can at home, golden beer, large head. Aroma is citrus, floral, grass, not much else. Taste is the same, yuzu, citrus, bitter, nice one
