9/4/2024. Cask at the Trafalgar Hotel, Ramsey, IoM. Slowly settles close to black with a firm creamy light tan coloured head. Aroma is roasted, dark malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, ash, dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium developing roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth and creamy, soft carbonation. Drying roasted finish. Very good.

Taster at Trafalgar hotel, Ramsey IOM. Black beer, small head. Aroma is malt, roast, coffee. Taste is the same, nice one
