Chalk, milk and citrus aroma. Strong lemon and mandarin flavor with yoghurt. Just a bit of fruity sweetness. The emphasis is on refreshment, not on herbalness.

draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden with a brown touch, tall creamy head. Wheaty and yeasty with some earthy and fruity flavours. Smooth palate.

Optisch schonmal ein Träumchen von einem Weizen, zügige Perlung, voller Schaum. In der Nase herrlich bananenmalzig. Im Trunk crispy, süffig, Banane, dann herb, vielleicht etwas wässrig. In jedem Fall aber lecker und sehr bekömmlich. Kastenbier.

Tap at Sandkerwa festival. Glowing orange, cloudy. Tangy, fruity nose, oranges, cloves, grapefruit, apricot. Clean and fruity flavor, lots of citrus, low banana. Crisp and summery but lacking something.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a haze, lively carbonation and a foamy head. Lemon meringue pie, cloves and banana in the aroma. Zesty and refreshing taste with lemon, orange, wheat and banana.

On tap at Sonnen Bischberg. Hazy gold lasting cream head. herbal clean Hefeweizen vs banana tropical fruit. more austere still some banana. Some clove. Some apple. it is a clean apple clove lemon here. Light banana. Clean. not as intense but fine

Sehr trübes goldenes Weizen mit einer ordentlichen cremigen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht bananig, Nelke. Geschmack würzig hefig, dann im Mittelteil fruchtiger, bananig, phenolisch im Abgang.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh. Slightly yeasty-sweetish, banana, hints of orange, fresh and smooth. The aftertaste is yeasty, clove with hints of banana, fresh, round, smooth.
