The bottle looks normal, the beer in the glass is okay. Starts fruity and fresh, zippy. The finish is too sourish and hard for a Kölsch. Not so good!

Bottle, 4.9%. Pale yellow colour, big stable white head. The flavour is a little bready with a hint of fruit. OK kölschy. The bitterness is a little sourish, but fits the style OK.

Bottle: Light, clear golden clour; big fluffy white head, lacing; light fruity, grainy nose; light sweetish start; light grainy/malty taste, switching to a very light bitter and grainy aftertaste. A low-budget Kölsch, not really bad, quite well rounded, drinkable (especially when You remember, that it it brewed in a imaginary brewery-Hubertus-that exists only in the imagination of the managers of the Oetker Group) !

(bottle) Pale golden colour with a thick frothy white head. A crisp but very decent Kölsch, more one the industrialized brews. Aroma of white bread and grassy hops. Medium dry flavour, light body, fizzy carbonation. Quite watery taste of malts with a dry hoppy finish. Obviously brewed by/for Hansa/DAB, although the label states that it is brewed by the Hubertus Brauerei, Cologne, which has closed more than 10 years ago.

Hm was soll man da sagen? Schmeckt einfach nur grässlich. Riecht total metallern und so schmeckts dann auch. Das absolut schlechteste Kölsch das ich jeh getrunken habe(Und das sind einige). Test vom 11.9.2004, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,0,0,2,9,1 - 1,85
