Pronounced ‘Ha-shin blasta’ meaning ‘that’s tasty’. This is a single varietal made with Ellisons Orange, which is not only quite an unusual variety but these particular trees are on a hill beside Loch Ness and because of the weather only fruit every 4-5 years, making this particularly unique

750ml bottle from Oban Beer Seller. My #100 Scottish Cider Rating. Hazed pale yellow gold colour, some white bubbles on top that quickly dissipate away and aroma of musty apple, fruity, flowery, funk hint. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, fleshy, orange citrusy note, acidic with alittle mellow soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, fruity medium-drying finish. Nicely drinkable
