31/8/2023. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a few bubbles. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, pastry, light funky and mucky notes. Medium sugary sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Sweet, fruity, drying, tannic finish. Quite enjoyable.

BIAB at Ciderdog Festival at the Miller, London on Saturday 15Jul2023. Golden colour, no head and aroma of mucky funk, apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, ripe, fruity, funky, orchardy, with mellow soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable
