Bladder Bag at GBBF'23, day two, 02/08/23. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with an off white cap that retains well for a cider. Nose is apple skin, light funk, straw, hedgerow. Taste comprises tangy apples, farmyard notes, tannins, funk, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, big drying close. Decent.

31/8/2023. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly head. Aroma of apple, citrus, hint of perfume and rubber, hint of perfume. Moderate sweetness, tangy bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Drying finish. Not bad at all.

BIAB at Ciderdog Festival at the Miller, London on Saturday 15Jul2023. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of tangy apple. Taste is apple, tangy, fleshy, fruity, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
