31/8/2023. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark golden copper with a few small bubbles. Aroma is funky apple, caramel, petrol, varnish, wood. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, slight tart edge. Medium body, low carbonation. Woody, dry, tannic finish. Developed very nicely.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/07/23. Amber to copper pour with little in the way of a head. Nose is ripe apples, caramel, sugars, tannins, light orchard wood. Taste comprises tangy apples, vinous, oak, funk, farmyard esters, orchard wood, light sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent earthy farm house type affair.
