750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Yellow gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy perry pear, musty funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fruity, young wood, tangy, with acetic funk hint and some astringent tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
