375ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazy dull golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of juicy pear, fleshy, floral. Taste is sweetish, tangy, perry pear, woody, fruity, floral, citric, with some tannin and tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
