CYSER from DMC! Not cider! Not mead! But both! Together! A drink half forgotten from history that almost past into legend….BUT…we have brought it back into the 21st century.

Cider, but fermented with honey as well. Now imagine cider and mead together, but not mixed – combined into something different from both, but bringing with it, the best parts.

8/9/2023. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is apple, honey, caramel, flowers, white sugar. Quite heavy sweetness with a very slight tart edge. Medium body, sticky, low carbonation. Not bad as a novelty, not something I’d want again.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/07/23. Clear light golden yellow with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is apple peel, light sugars, faint honey, melon. Taste comprises apple skins, tannings, sugars, light stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. It's okay if a bit of a nothing affair.

Can from The Hive, Crowthorne. Aroma is primarily apple, with a sweet streak. Clear light gold. A few microbubbles skim the surface. The honey is far more obvious in the flava. Sweetness balanced by sweet yet sour apple juice. Seems to become sweeter as I drink more. A hint of dry bitterness hides in the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Some sticky residue. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. The you've got to be brave to drink this is really only relevant to diabetics. Very sweet apple and honey collusion.
