Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, juicy, caramel note, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, fruity, with orchardy funk, leather, wood, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 04/06/23. Clear golden to light copper with carbonation well evident and a good sized white cap that retains well for a cider. Nose is crisp apple, straw, cider lolly, caramel, light vinous notes. Taste comprises apple skins, tannins, sugars, caramel, bitter sweet apple. Medium bodied, lively spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent summers day chugger if perhaps a touch lively on the carbonation front.
