Sample courtesy of Grumbo, Cheers Graham! Hazy orange gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, juicy, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, flowery, woody, tangy, with some tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable

1/6/2023. From BIAB at the 36th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a small short lasting bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma is apple, core, a little stewed, stone fruits, caramel, sugars. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Dry bitter finish. Not bad.
