Tamoshanta has been rebranded for season 2022, with the ABV slightly higher due to a fine vintage last year.
Naturally medium sweet Somerset cider, partially fermented in scotch whisky barrels, from Speyside. Keeving and initial fermentation takes place in large vats but on Burns Night the young cider is transferred to whisky barrels to finish and mature.

750ml bottle from Pilton. Pours a clear orange gold colour with a fizzy white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of ripe apple, caramel, whisky barrel. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, caramel, woody, oak, whisky cask, bittersweet with drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, medium-sweet tannic finish. Superb, very drinkable.
