As much as we love hazy bois and hop bombs around here, you can never go wrong with the classics. We’ve brewed a traditional German Hefeweizen recipe with Pilsner malt, wheat and just a touch of Vienna for a warm toasty note. Fermented with an authentic German hefeweizen yeast to provide tons of banana and clove esters. It pours hazy and is bursting with fruit and spicy aromas with a thick white head and a spritzy level of carbonation. A perfect beer to session when the suns out.

Аромат пшенички, не слишком много бананов, но пшеница на первом плане приятная, плюс дрожжи не мешают. Цвет в стиль, пены не много. Вкус ровный, не яркий но баланс хороший. Дрожжи радуют, есть цитрусовые нотки, а самое главное нету проявления хмеля крафтового. Так что очень хорошо.

440ml can from S43. Clear yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of wheat, yeasty, banana. Taste is sweetish, wheat, grainy, with fruity, yeasty, banana, milky notes, clove and mellow bitterness. Medium bodied soft carbonation, lingering fruity banana and light bitter at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours light hazy golden with a thick white head. Lots of spice on the nose, some banana. Taste had bread, clove. Spicy finish.

Keg at fierce Edinburgh. Pours clear golden, nose is banana, clove, pepper, taste is similar, slightly creamy.
