750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, fruity, hint of funk. Taste is sweetish, slightly tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, some core, with light funk and orchardy bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
