Produced from a single variety Red Love apples, a variety developed in Switzerland which has both a red skin and flesh. The result is a totally naturally red apple juice with absolutely no added colours. The taste of the fresh juice is sweet and tangy, with a long lasting, full fruit flavour. The fermented cider retains a strong red, pink colour.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Reddish colour, thin fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy, berry & custardy hints. Taste is sweet, red apple, fruity and fleshy, with a custard-like note and some tart berry acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
