This Cider is dedicated to Reading Transport’s flagship service Route 17 - referred to as the main line - which dates back to 1901 and is the company’s most frequent and busiest service with a bus every ten minutes. Tim our Chief Cider Maker has driven buses on Route 17 full and part time now for forty years - 1983/2023 - and can still be seen most weekends crossing the town in a purple double decker bus on his most favourite six-mile route.

500ml bottle from Tutts Clump. Slightly hazy golden colour, short-lived white head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, fleshy, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
