750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, tart, tangy, alittle hay, and with some bittersweet drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
