In Bloom is a crisp, modern cider inspired by our orchards. A Browns apple dominated blend with a few mild bittersweets for breadth, fermented in oak and aged on-lees for a creamy chardonnay mouthfeel, infused with apple blossom, this lightly sparkling cider is full of the fresh aromatics of a Devon orchard.

750ml bottle from Darts Farm, Exeter. Sparkling yellow gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, floral, citric. Taste is crisp, tart apple, fleshy, green apple, with oak, cream, citric acidity and light tannic notes. Medium bodied, medium soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
