Our extra special brew. A long awaited collab with our friends at Faux. Sunderland. Generously hopped with Goldings, and fermented with Camerons yeast. A true bitter that we are very proud of.

20/8/2023. Cask pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy amber brown with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruit, bread, slight nutty and spicy edge. Medium sweetness, moderate developing bitterness and body. Slightly oily, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Quite okay.

Cask at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Amber colour, thin off-white head and aroma of malt, caramel, toffee. Taste is sweetish, malty, toffee, caramel, and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
