Aroma of cherry, chocolate liqueur, liquorice, berries, light roasting, vanilla, honey, under the counter spices. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Quite full bodied. Develops a smoky burn to finish. Super complex beer that evolved superbly.

Pours a black blood red tinged colour, fine pinkish head and aroma of caramel, fudge, vanilla, dark berry fruits, cherry notes. Taste is sour, biscuity, oats, flapjack, cheesecake, with chocolate, red currant, raspberry, cherry pie, sweet, some tartness and tangy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, soured sweet cherry dessert finish. Very sippable.
