A blend of 50% Sheffield garden apple juice and 50% proper Harry Masters Jersey cider apple juice from Ross-on-Wye that was spontaneously fermented together in The Cider Hole. The HMJ juice adds plenty of drying tannin, a bit more apple flavor, and a higher ABV (7%) to this dry cider with a more traditional British feel.
